Removing alternator: 1. remove the bottom dust cover from the right hand side (the one covering the belts) 2. Remove the bottom belt tensioner wheel from auxilary belt (I found it to be the easiest way to remove the belt without the risk of damaging it) 3. If tou haven't done it by now, disconnect the battery negative.
