There's a noble and less noble way of completing the Company of Trouble quest. The former involves finding a lord who actually wants to take the mercenaries off your hands. If you've played through Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord even a bit, you'll know that tracking down nobles can be a bit of a pain and having your resources drained while off on
They have competitive stats and armor at lower tiers but max-tier mercenaries are generally slightly weaker than max-tier faction troops. A Hired Blade, for example, has identical stats to an Imperial Legionary but a weaker sword, no spear, and about half as much armor. It gets even worse if you compare them to Sturgian Heavy Axemen orMercenary camps were mainly in Fire and Steel, but you can still find random numbers of mercenaries for hire in most inns. I've played Diplomacy forever, so I can't remember if there was a Constable you could hire in castle/city fiefs, but if there is you can send out recruiters to bring back up to 50 troops at a time.
Diplomacy mod lets you send a messenger to anyone in the encyclopedia. Just go to Encyclopedia>Clans>Minor> (Any minor clan you've chosen)>Select the leader of the clan>Send Messenger. It would take like a couple of ingame hours for the messenger to reach them. Merc clans are all the minor factions in the encyclopedia.
To begin with, you will not be able to become a mercenary in Mount and Blade: Bannerlord. The minimum clan level you need to become a mercenary is level 1. Until you have reached this level you will not be able to join any kingdom at all. Try winning a few battles against bandits and fighting a few tournaments until you reach this level.
Why can't I be a mercenary ?? I know that to become a merc in warband, the faction must be at war and you need to have high relationship with lords. I'm trying to be a merc for Swadia, and it's at war with Nords, Vaegirs and Khergits. My relationship with the Swadia lords is : So then, why is nobody offering me a merc contract ?!! Hire some mercenaries and get married to someone from a different clan. They'll be more wanting to join you after marrying one of their own. Get some companions going and make clan parties. Your default brother has a decent skill set for a first clan party.Skills: Steward +.25 party size per level. Skill Perks: Steward:Bannerlord +2 party size for each fief you own. Steward:Man-at-arms +5 party size for each fief you own. Trade:Mercanary Trader +15 party size. Leadership:Ultimate Leader 1 +1 party size for each level above 250.2. How do I recruit soldiers in Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord? You can recruit soldiers in several ways in Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord. You can hire mercenaries from taverns or recruit soldiers from villages that are friendly to your faction. You can also recruit prisoners of war after battles or convince enemy soldiers to join your cause.
Veers Apr 7, 2020 @ 7:22am. UP. #1. Zolzomba Apr 7, 2020 @ 7:25am. I don't think you can hire them for now. The only way i found to have them in my kingdom is for them to get swallowed by one of the main factions. As a minor faction, I never had any dialogue to hire them.2UhK.
