Plug this into the Bolero; Plug the beige aerial lead into the connector on the left (as you look at the back of the Bolero); Plug the white aerial lead into the one on the right (as above). Have a look under the seat and report the part number on the module. It will be of the form xxx 035 730 x. I suspect its an older rSap only unit which wont work on an iphone but which can be replaced for less than 100 with one that can. The actual one you replace it with will depend if you have maxidot or not. Adam.
I found that if you reset the infotainment screen by holding down the on/off control for 10 seconds the system would restart and the Bluetooth would be on, not ideal but it gets you access to your phone while in the car. This would sometimes last a couple of days, other times just one short journey.
I picked up my new Octavia Scout today and have been having difficulties pairing my phone with the Bluetooth kit. I can get my Blackberry 8330 to connect and can make calls by using either the mult-functional steering wheel or the touch-screen on the stereo.
Some people locate the module in the dash end panel with the fuse box, be sure to check there too. A lot of people now have access to App based diagnostics, it is possible a previous owner enabled Bluetooth in the hope it would work (hence the listing in the on-screen menu) but didn't install the module and microphone.

Skoda Octavia Mk IV (2020 > ) More infotainment troubles. I'm still enjoying my new VRS despite all the annoyances related to the Infotainment system, which in opinion (and that of many others it seems) is badly designed, slow and unreliable. I thought I'd perhaps share my latest problem and the solution I found - in case it helps anyone else.
This seems logical but is in fact incorrect, I have the same model car without any steering wheel controls, but have full Bluetooth and MFD controls on the end of the windscreen wiper arm (RHD car, so not sure if would be on Wiper or Indicator arm on LHD).
